We operate as a “cash for services provider” meaning our office does not directly bill insurance companies. Having said that, we do assist our patients in obtaining reimbursement from their insurance companies by providing them with a medically coded Superbill that they may file with their insurer. We accept cash, check and Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards as a form of payment.

We code your bill to make it easy to bill your insurance. While we can’t guarantee your insurance will cover any of our services, we make it easy to find out. Follow your individual insurer’s process to submit a claim.

An initial new patient visit is one hour of concentrated time in which Dr. Cabin does a preliminary physical and has an in-depth discussion with the patient regarding their medical history and current health concerns.  Follow-up appointments are generally 30 minutes, depending on the specific needs of the patient.

Homeopathy is a medical system based on the belief that the body can cure itself. Those who practice it use small amounts of natural substances, like plants and minerals. We believe these stimulate the healing process that our bodies were made for.

An initial patient visit has a fee of $350 for the entire hour. Additional follow up visits have a per-visit fee of $160.

We require at least a 48 hour notice to cancel a scheduled appointment. You will be responsible for 100% of the visit cost for any cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment.
